Hovering over any of the periods shows the dates of the surveys and the average results of 3 questions from that survey.
2. Highly negative:
Employees who have had 3 consecutive surveys in the past 12 surveys or a total of 6 surveys in the past 12 surveys with at least one negative answer (options number 1 & 2).
There are two columns that show the reason why an employee became highly negative and the date when an employee met the criteria.
Bulk notification is now available to Portal users, allowing them to see the number of employees that match the criteria for the highly negative filter. The notification is updated every 2 hours and provides information about the total number of employees and the number of employees that matched the criteria in the latest survey. Clicking on the notification will take the Portal user to the Employees page with the Results filter applied to show the highly negative employees.
Important note: After the release, all employees will have the same date when they became highly negative.
