How to create Custom Questions
Step 1: Accessing Custom Questions
Navigate to the Surveys tab in the sidebar and select "Questions".
Step 2: Adding a New Question
Click on "Add new question".
Step 3: Entering Question Details
A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the following information:
Category: Choose from 8 different categories for your custom questions.
Languages: Required languages (in use) marked with "*" must have translations provided for the custom questions.
Reverse order of answers: Use this button to change the order of the answers (option 1 & 2 below).

Reset to default answers: Use this button to easily revert to default answers.
Question text: Enter the question you want to ask in the survey.
Answer options: Enter all the available answer options.
Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the "Save" button, and your custom question is ready to use.
How to change the Schedule
After importing the new custom questions, it's time to put them to use.
Step 1: Accessing the Schedule
Navigate to the Surveys tab in the navigation bar and select "Schedule." Here, you can view and edit the schedule for the next six months.
Step 2: Editing the Schedule
Click the "Edit" button to modify the scheduled surveys.
This page allows you to edit the weekly schedule. Note that questions with an editable pencil icon can be changed.
Important note:
Certain questions cannot be modified, including:
Question measuring Wellbeing: How did you feel at work this week?
Questions measuring Employee Engagement Index
Questions measuring Autonomy, Emotional exhaustion and Motivation
Changing these question may affect your six-month report.
