The Teams Overview page is the best place for comparing the teams scores with each other, benchmarking against the company average or benchmarking with the other companies using HeartCount.

Click on the Reports in the Navigation bar and choose the Teams Overview option, and you will be redirected to the page with the list of all teams by hierarchy.

Available Features:

a. Use the Comparison filter to compare values by four different criteria

b. Use the Date picker to group results by pulse check, month, quarter, semiannual and annual period

c. Use the Search field to search for a team by name

d. Export to Excel

The list provides scores for each team and the entire organization, categorized into 15 distinct metrics, with Participation Rate as the 16th metric, which is displayed only for periods other than Pulse Check.

Explanation of Columns:

  • Participation rate - The Participation Rate indicates the percentage of employees who, on average, responded to at least one pulse check during a given monthly period. It is calculated by dividing the number of such employees by the total number of employees who received pulse checks.

  • Response rate - The Response Rate indicates how actively employees are engaging with pulse check surveys. It shows the percentage of surveys answered out of all surveys sent during the reporting period.

  • Team Pulse - The average result that was calculated based on the employees’ answers to all three questions for the selected period.

  • Active members - Displays the number of employees who were active during the selected period.

  • Highly negative employees -

    • For Pulse Check periods: This represents the number of employees who entered the highly negative zone during the current Pulse Check period, as well as those who were already in the highly negative state from previous Pulse Checks and remained there.

    • Example: For the Pulse Check period starting on March 21, 2025, both existing highly negative employees and all newly identified highly negative employees who entered the highly negative zone at any point during the response window (before pulse check expiration) —whether they responded on the 21st, 23rd, 26th, or by 11:00 AM local time on the 28th—will be included in the total count.

    • For other periods: The number of employees who were already marked as highly negative employees, entered the highly negative zone before the end date of the selected period and either remained there or exited within the selected time range.

  • Previously highly negative employees -

    • For Pulse Check periods: This represents the number of employees who entered the highly negative zone prior to the Pulse Check period and exited it during the active Pulse Check timeframe.

    • For other periods: The number of employees who entered the highly negative zone before the end of the selected period and exited within that time range.

  • Comments - The total number of comments submitted during the selected period

  • Praises - The total number of praises given during the selected period.

  • Attitude towards the company
